Booking Fee
We're so lucky to have a wealth of wonderful clients looking for appointments, both OG and fresh-faced. We value your time and commit to delivering a premium experience to you from the moment you place a booking. But our appointments are in high demand, so for this reason, we require a booking fee in order to reserve the time for you.
Reminders
We understand that some people don't use a diary (aka living life on the edge). But don't worry, we've got your back!
When placing a booking, you'll receive a text message letting you know we've reserved your booking for X date and X time, it also includes our address, email, and phone number.
The week prior you will receive a reminder text about your upcoming appointment. 48 hours before, you'll receive the final reminder via text message, in which you must reply 'Y' to confirm. This lets us know on our end that you'll be there. This is the deadline for any changes made to appointments free of charge.
If you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment, you must notify the salon immediately, preferably via phone call; however on weekends, you can let us know via email at info@flhairbydesign.com.au. For any late cancellations/changes/rescheduling, our cancellation policy will be applied. If we have not received your text message confirmation after our final reminder has been sent, we will endeavour to reach out via phone call, as well as SMS and/or email. If we are unable to reach you with 24 hours, we will give your appointment to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business. We ask that you respect ours by agreeing to our cancellation policy. We understand and appreciate that you may need to change or cancel your appointment for a variety of reasons; however, we ask that you let us know in advance. Here's our policy:
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND/OR CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT TYPE:
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any change and/or cancellation (including postponement) of your appointment - otherwise, a fee calculated at 50% of the total service cost is applied.
Late Appointments
We understand things happen that may effect your punctuality; but we ask that you consider other clients. If you believe you will be late, we ask that you contact the salon immediately via the phone. If you're over 20 minutes late, it is unlikely we will be able to deliver a full service for you, but you will still be required to pay the full service cost. If you're significantly late, we may have to completely cancel your appointment, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Non Attendance
Oh no! Your hair was in need, but you stood it up – as well as us. We won’t take it personally, but your split ends might. In regards to re-booking we will require a 50% deposit for your next appointment.
